Does it see RAD Studio 12.3 IDE or is it required to build packages manually?

Yes, TeeRecompile shipped with TeeChart v2024.42 with source code builds and installs TeeChart correctly in RAD 12.3.

The label in the tree doesn't recognise the Update 3, but it works even if it says "RX12.2 Athens".

I do find the components compiled for Win32 and Win64 binary compatible with 12.3, but for Win64x (Modern) I get the error
"Unit VCLTee.TeeTools was compiled with a different version of VCLTee.Chart.TTextShape". Running TeeRecompile solved the problem.
Update: Issue is maybe not on TeeChart side. Embarcadero Migration Tool seems not yet to handle Win64x platform.
