actually I figured out a bit,

I don't have this folder
C:\PROGRA~1\STEEMA~1\TEECHA~1\BuilderC6\Bin\

instead I have
C:\Program Files\Steema Software\TeeChart 7 for C++ Builder 6\CBuilder6\Bin

the function is actually called smoothing spline, which is a cubic spline solver plus some smoothing minimization scheme. After I import it, it gives me 4 zeros for x=0,1,2,3. I tried lineseries and point3Dseries. Help
